This is especially helpful in a crisis to ensure our coverage is easily trackable by everyone on the team, not just those with a Critical Mention account.

Our previous service (Meltwater) had this, and it was really helpful. We had it integrated into our Teams channel for media monitoring. We'd really like to have this feature added.
