An error occurred while saving the comment Our previous service (Meltwater) had this, and it was really helpful. We had it integrated into our Teams channel for media monitoring. We'd really like to have this feature added.

An error occurred while saving the comment Many newsrooms prefer to be contacted through their main news desk, which is typically something like "news@outletname.com" and NOT through individual reporters. The ability to add outlets to lists with their main news desk contact information is critical.

I agree. It appears that basic HTML formatting tags - for example H1, H2, H3 - are missing. As a government agency, this is an accessibility compliance issue for us as well. Additional HTML formatting options should be provided as a basic offering and to meet with web accessibility standards.
