  2. Follow-up option in campaigns

    “There is no follow-up option through campaigns. We can duplicate, but it would be helpful to respond or reply directly to an email campaign we’ve already sent for follow-ups.”

  5. Import Media Contacts from a CSV

    I would like to be able to upload a CSV file of contacts to the Media Contact Database. This could look like an "Upload Media Contacts" button on the Lists page.

    In the Media Contact Database, when I perform a search, I would like to be able to filter out Contacts in my results if they do not have any Recent Activity.
