More available font sizes when creating campaign email
I would like more options than font sizes separated by twos for some of the smaller fonts. I use my headlines in 12pt and body in 10pt… but there are times when I am writing that I would like to bring attention to a section header inside a news release and want to increase the font size as well as bold/underline. This is where an 11pt font would be handy but my options at 8pt, 10pt, 12pt, 14pt, 18pt, and so forth.

Outlet Emails for General Outreach Added to Lists
Many Outlets in Critical Mention have 'general inquiry' emails associated with them (ex: nytnews@nytimes.com). These 'general email addresses' are not currently able to be added to a List for Email Distributing purposes.
I would like it if we can add those 'general email addresses' into list for Email Distribution purposes. If i don't know the 'right' person to connect with it would be great to let them know and have the 'right person' get back to me!

Check for invalid contacts in a contact list before sending Email Campaign
The ability to check for invalid contacts in a contact list.
Sometimes (Critical Mentions) contacts that clients will add-in to their media lists will not have emails or emails that have extra periods or other characters that results in the entire list being invalid when trying to send a campaign out. As of now clients/ams have to manually comb through contacts in order to find the one invalid email. Can we have a feature that automatically filters contacts with no/invalid emails out when sending a campaign?2 votes -
Follow-up option in campaigns
“There is no follow-up option through campaigns. We can duplicate, but it would be helpful to respond or reply directly to an email campaign we’ve already sent for follow-ups.”
