  3. Set Time Range for Realtime Alerts

    I would like the ability to set a specific timeframe during which I will be notified when a mention is picked up. Like only I only want to be alerted if I get a mention between 6pm and 9pm at night

  7. Identify articles with duplicates more easily

    A client may want to exclude duplicate (Online News) mentions from their search results, but may still want to know if a mention has duplicates found. Currently, the user needs to click on the mention so it expands in order to see if duplicates for the article are found on the platform. Even when duplicate articles are excluded, there may be hundreds of mentions to review for reporting purposes, and clicking on each mention to see if there are duplicates found, can be time consuming.   10. Show clip position number in collapsed view of Report

    When collapsing the entries within a report, the clip position # is no longer displayed. It would be helpful for editing if the clip position number was still displayed while mentions are collapsed.

  18. Add an hourly time range component to Saved Searches

    I want to monitor a select set of stations during a select timeframe. For instance, I would monitor three stations from 7 AM - 12 PM but not have the Saved Search monitor anything from 12 PM - 7AM. This could potentially look like a 'timer' component on a Saved Search.

  19. Add separate Online News keyword search query

    I would like the ability to search different search criteria for Online News content and keep that Online News search criteria as part of the same Saved Search with TV/Radio content.

    Right now, in order to have Online News search criteria that differs from the search criteria saved for TV/Radio, I'd need to create a separate saved search for the Online News. I would like to be able to create a search that monitors TV/Radio/Online, but searches for one set of keywords for broadcast, and another set of keywords for the Online News component.

  20. Add a "Duplicate of" label and remove button when editing a mention in Reports
