Search for a mention by pasting an article URL

I would like to search for an article by pasting the article URL into a field on the Search page and running a search

or the ability to search within search results by typing in a keyword! similar to ctrl+f

It would be nice to not have to manually enter all the clip details (UVM, AVE, Author, etc.) when adding a new mention.
