Ability to search in Reports for keywords

It would be good to be able to go into a Report (file) and search for content (by keywords) without having to read each item.

Would love a search field within reports. They want to be able to track down mentions to edit/remove etc by keywords.

This would be a huge help, especially when reports have hundreds or thousands of clips.

My client UCLA Health would like the ability to search for clips within a report without having to use CTRL+F.
