Ability to adjust initial playback duration from 1-minute intervals to 15 second intervals
Client is searching for political ads which typically don't include closed-captioning text. Would prefer 15 second intervals to locate clips using the thumbnail instead of 1-minute intervals so that they're easily able to locate these ads without having to watch the entire clip.
