  2. Undo Button

    It would be great if there was an undo button when adding coverage. Sometimes users can accidentally add into the wrong reports/section and essentially have to start over because it's too big of a lift to manually delete out of.

  4. Critical Mention Search - Filtering Duplicate Online News Mentions from Same Domain

    Client YMCA of Greater Brandywine would like to have 2 different "filter duplicate articles" options for online news and print monitoring. One filter removes duplicates if an article is republished on the same website several times, without removing duplicate articles posted on different publications.

  5. Multiselection for categories

    Instead of having to individually select articles in a report, it would be extremely time-saving if we could select multiple articles listed under the same section. For example, there are multiple occasions where a category full of articles are also relevant for a different report. We'd like the option to check off a section, thereby mass-selecting those articles instead of clicking check for each before copying.

  7. Arrange size and order of charts/graphs in reports

    I want to be able to decide if I want one of the graphs to be smaller or larger than the others and I want to be able to choose how the graphs are displayed in the reports (for example, two graphs on top, one below, or 1 graph on top, 2 below, etc.).

  9. Slack Integration

    Having saved searches automatically populate in a designated Slack channel. Incorporate features like preview/change sentiment/audience, etc. Also create Slack alerts so we will be immediately notified when there's a spike in mentions, a sentiment shift, or a new article from a specific source.
